Aaron Craddock is the proud owner of Craddyshack Southern BBQ, a beloved culinary venture that has quickly made its mark in the food industry. Growing up with a passion for cooking, Aaron never envisioned himself as a business owner. Instead, he spent 17 years working in the oilfield while dedicating his free time to honing his BBQ skills.
In 2020, Aaron decided to transform his long-held passion into a career, and by 2022, Craddyshack Southern BBQ was born. Launching the business without knowing what lay ahead, Aaron's dedication and culinary expertise paid off. In their first year, Craddyshack Southern BBQ won gold in the best food truck category, a testament to their quality and innovation.

I believe in making it easy for you to find us, so we try to stay in one location. Throughout the week, you can find us in the Canadian Tire South parking lot in Red Deer, AB, serving our mouthwatering BBQ from 11 AM to 5 PM unless sold out earlier.
You can also find us at at various events throughout Red Deer and Central Alberta. We can commonly be found at Food Truck Fridays with your favorite local foodtrucks at Capstone Square from 11-2. Follow us on social media for the latest updates on our locations.
